Leading the way in innovative industrial design for personal navigation devices

(August 20) - A leading maker of personal navigation devices, Mio Technology, announces today that three of its products have been awarded the prestigious 2007 iF design award China.  The three latest awards further expand Mio Technology's iF design award China portfolio to four products, including its 2006 iF design award China winner, the Mio DigiWalker H610 handheld navigation system.

Mio Technology's 2007 award winners include the A702 GPS PDA phone, Lovebird GPS PDA phone and P560 PDA navigation system.  The official iF design award China ceremony will be held in Shanghai, China on September 15, coinciding with the opening of a month long iF design China exhibition, where 2007 award winners will be placed on display.

Lovebird GPS PDA Phone

The Mio DigWalker Lovebird GPS PDA phone sports simple geometric contours and a unique chrome bezel that gives it a distinctively sophisticated look. The P560's rear battery cover is made from aluminum and features a fine hair line texture, further adding to its eye-pleasing design.

P560 PDA Navigation System

The Mio DigWalker P560 PDA navigation system is a stylish and slim device that is designed to fit easily into a shirt pocket or bag. The P560's GPS antenna is not only integrated, but completely embedded into the products design. Devoid of protruding buttons and excessive knobs, the P560 exudes a unique minimalist sensibility.
